Refunds and Exchanges
Ticket purchases are non-refundable and may not be used for another evening’s performance (except in the event of inclement weather). Please dress warmly for these outdoor performances and be sure to check our receipt for gate and showtime information.
Ticket Delivery
Tickets may be purchased online, over the phone, or at the gate. For tickets purchased in advance, please present your receipt at the gate (your receipt is your ticket). If your tickets are handled via will call, a valid photo ID and/or ticket purchase receipt will be required. Valid ticket holders receive a wristband (at the gate) that must be worn and visible to Stories in Concert staff for entrance and access to all activities.
Discounts & Groups
Children age 3 and under will be admitted free. Guests age 4 or older require a valid ticket for admission. A Group Ticket is valid for up to six (6) admissions and must be used for a single performance.
GROUP RATES: Discounts are available for businesses, families, youth groups, and other large groups of 20 or more guests. Email tickets@storiesinconcert.com or call (801) 687-5246 for large group rates.
SPECIAL RATES: Other special promotions or rates may apply. Details will be included here when tickets sales begin for any particular event.
Seating
Stadium seating is available on a first come, first serve basis. To accommodate all audience members and for safety, guests may be asked to adjust their seating choices. Please respect fellow patrons and Stories in Concert ushers. Seating for the disabled is available; guests requiring special assistance should seek an usher.
Inclement Weather
In the event of rain (or snow), our performance may be canceled (at the discretion of Stories in Concert); ticket holders will be welcomed at another performance. Notice will be posted on the website approximately 2 hours prior to performance time. Tickets for the Rain Check Performance will only be available if the final scheduled performance is cancelled by Stories in Concert (learn more). Please contact tickets@storiesinconcert.com to claim a rain check ticket (will call).
